The Mori Matcha Bamboo Scoop (Chashaku) is a slender, bamboo accessory that measures exactly 1-2g per scoop. Perfect for traditional usucha (2g) or koicha (4g) ratios without scales.
Its flat, pointed tip levels powder precisely through the sifter, avoiding over- or under-dosing.
Hold the scoop like a pencil, dip into matcha at a 45° angle. One full scoop typically equals 2g of premium powder.
