Shizuku is your reliable daily matcha. An authentic Ceremonial Premium blend at an accessible price point. Crafted by an Edo-period tea family renowned for their blending expertise, it is built around Samidori-based tencha from primarily first and some second spring harvest leaves. Stone-milled to a beautiful green colour, a smooth body, and generous umami with delicate aromatic notes and a clean finish. Slightly bolder than its siblings, Shizuku is especially suited for blended drinks and lattes, while also delivering a satisfying cup for those who enjoy a stronger tea.

100% organic stone-ground Japanese green tea (Camellia sinensis). Samidori-based tencha blend from first and second spring-harvest leaves, Uji, Kyoto. No additives, no preservatives, no sugar.

As a latte – recommended: Whisk 2g with 30ml of hot water (70–80°C) to create a concentrated shot. Top with 150–200ml of steamed milk or plant-based alternative. Shizuku's bolder profile ensures the matcha flavour stays present and vibrant through milk.

As pure tea (Usucha): Sift 2g into a pre-warmed bowl. Add 70ml of water at 70–80°C. Whisk briskly with a chasen in a W-motion until frothy. Delivers a stronger, more robust cup.

Store Shizuku matcha in a cool, dark and dry place. Keep sealed and away from strong odours. Once opened, reseal tightly and consume within 4–6 weeks for optimal freshness. Refrigeration is recommended after opening, but allow the tin to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.
